The central Vietnam is the land of World Heritage Sites: Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, the sixteenth century silk route trading port of Hoi An, My Son sanctuary – scared remains of Cham civilization, and the ancient imperial city of Hue. The trip “The Central Vietnam Heritage Road” will link you with them at ease.

Day 1: Danang arrival – Hoi An (D)

Our guide will pick you up upon your arrival in Danang. Transfer to Hoi An. Enjoy dinner at restaurant with local specialty - Cao Lau noodles. Free for experiencing Hoi An at night.

Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 2: My Son – Hoi An (B/L/D)

After breakfast, take a short trip to UNESCO World Heritage site of My Son, with ruins of the ancient Cham Kingdom. Then transfer back to the historic town Hoi An for walking tour to visit Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky old house, Ceramic Museum, Fukien Association temple, etc. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants.  

Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 3: Tra Que Vegetable Village – Kim Bong Carpentry Village (B/L/D)

After breakfast, ride a bicycle to a local farm in Tra Que village. Here you have a chance to try your hand at actual farming and learn how to prepare some local delicacies. Then enjoy lunch.

PM: take a boat trip on Thu Bon River to visit Kim Bong carpentry village, where carpenters create hand crafted furniture and sculptures as well as a range of souvenirs. Turn back to Hoi An. Enjoy the sunset over the Thu Bon River.

Dinner and overnight in Hoi An.    

Day 4: Hoi An – Danang – Hue ( (B/L/D)

After breakfast, depart for Danang. Stopover on Hai Van pass overlooking Lang Co lagoon. Arrive in Danang and visit Cham Museum, Mable Mountains. After lunch, transfer to Hue. Dinner and overnight in Hue.  

Day 5: Hue ( (B/L/D)

After breakfast, begin the old Imperial city tour including Imperial Cidatel, Tombs of Emperors Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. Lunch. Then take a boat trip down the Perfume Riverwith a stop at the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda. The tour ends with a visit of the local Dong Ba Market.

Dinner and overnight in Hue.

Day 6: Hue – Phong Nha Cave – Hue (B/L/D)

After breakfast, transfer to Phong Nha Cave, located in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, aUNESCO World Heritage Site. Take a cruise on the Son River into Phong Nha cave. The deeper one penetrates, the more magical are the natural aspects of the caves.

After lunch, return to Hue.

Dinner and overnight in Hue.

Day 7: Hue – Danang (B)

After breakfast, transfer to Danang Airport for flight home.
